Room Booking - Raman Spectroscopy
The Raman Spectroscopy is currently managed by the R&D manager. Please read the instructions, procedures, and ethics during booking, operation, and post-use.

Pre-booking
Before submitting your booking request, you must prepare the following information:
Non-commercial measurements are measurements conducted by non-profit business units. Eligible users are members/ employees of Yayasan Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Nanoteknologi Indonesia (Nano Center Indonesia).
Information that you should prepare are:
Sample composition/ chemical name, sample form, and sample hazards.
Your active personal ID number (issued by HR/Operational office).

You are expected to have read the procedure, precautions, and troubleshooting steps provided in the SOP document. Please refer to the following PDF before booking the instrument. A copy of this file is also provided in the room. A digital and PDF version is accessible at the links below.
Violation of safety rules may result in being reported to the respective user manager and suspended user access to Raman Spectroscopy.
Booking
Bookings are to be done through the link below. An email will be sent to you as confirmation.

If your schedule changes, you must reschedule or cancel your booking through the e-mail sent to you (see below, as found in your e-mail)
Using the instrument
Aside from adhering to the SOP, you are also expected to use a lab coat, gloves, and a surgical mask when operating the instrument. Violation of safety rules may result in being reported to the respective user manager and suspended user access to Raman Spectroscopy.
Aftermath
Return the room key to the instrument PIC. You should be responsible for transferring the raw data with the provided pen drive. Pen drives are to be returned immediately. Failure to comply may result in being reported to the respective user manager and suspended user access to Raman Spectroscopy.
